This patch is designed for r4idsn 3ds released by r4idsn.com, In order to make your r4idsn 3ds run on 3DS V2.2.0-4, you should update your card with this patch, Please follow the instructions below:
In case of card broken (no card found, no Icon displayed): Using the patch: 3DS22_Patch_R4iDSN_3DS_NDSL.nds
You should get a NDSL and another flashcard (called "A", which works properly on NDSL.

Nintendo of France have just announced that flashcarts are officially banned in France now. After the UK, Germany, Italy and Belgium, France adds to the list of countries in which flashcarts are banned.Important to note is that importation, sale and distribution is forbidden. “Nintendo supported this criminal action not only for the company’s sake, but for the interests of its game developer partners who spend time and money legitimately developing software for Nintendo’s game platforms, and customers who expect the highest standards and integrity from products bearing the Nintendo name.”

3DS seen running R4, backed-up DS games |

Using a Cyber Gadget CodeFreak game capture utility, one YouTube user has found the 3DS will run backed-up games and even homebrew applications. In the videos past the break, you can see it using the Game & Watch Collection to launch unsigned code, including a copied version of Mario Kart DS and the Lameboy emulator.
Additionally, it would seem the R4 cart also yielded results on the 3DS. Another YouTube user has discovered that right now the 3DS will played backed-up games from an R4, since it recognizes it as a DS cartridge. Of course, Nintendo could kill compatibility at any time through a system update.
