How do I play MP3s using the M3 Adapter? |
1 Jul |
Make sure you are at the latest firmware version. (at the time of
writing v32) Copy and paste your MP3 files to the card. You do not need
to use any conversion software, just use Windows Explorer to copy and
paste just as you would any file. It is suggested that you create a
folder on your media card called Music and put them in there. You can
create subfolders as needed since the software allows you to navigate
folders. When you fire up the DS with the M3 Adapter, navigate to the
Extend icon, and select "My Music". Then navigate to your MP3 files and
press button "A". Other buttons on the DS provide other MP3 playing
functions such as:
R to pause
L for next song (handling of next song (i.e. random) can be changed)
B to stop
etc.
